Adam J. Walker

Adam Walker has been an independent management consultant and trainer for 18 years. During this time he has worked for more than 500 companies and trained more than 50,000 estate agency, lettings and financial services staff. He has always specialised in the property and financial services sectors and has earned an unrivalled reputation for excellence in his field.

He is the author of four books on the property market entitled “Selling your House”, “Buying your House”, “Make Money from Property” and "Buying and Selling a House with a HIP"; all published by How to Books.  His fifth book "When Success is not Enough" is about personal motivation and effectiveness.  It is published by Piatkus.
Charlie Wright

Charlie Wright

Born and raised in Sussex, Charlie has over 10 years experience dealing with estate agents and understanding their marketing needs. He is a columnist for “The Negotiator” magazine and regularly writes articles on technology and marketing aimed at all estate agents across the country.

During the day, he makes sure the servers are zipping along, the teams of web developers and HTML coders are busy working hard, researching all available technologies and meeting with agents across the country. And at night… well, he's doing the same :) When he's not on Google, ichat, Skype, AIM, Jabber or reading about the latest and greatest in AJAX optimisation, Charlie enjoys traveling, flying light aircraft and walking his crazy Dalmatian, Bingo!
Clare Fletcher

Clare Fletcher

Clare began her estate agency career in the late 1980s as a part-time weekend receptionist and has never looked back. Providing a complete house moving service is a passion which has taken Clare into new homes, account management and for the last 4 years, into providing training for estate agents and conveyancers.

Clare loves to communicate in a “hands-on”, practical way and uses her own experiences to create empathy and understanding. Described as an entertainer, Clare's approach is to sell, not tell and so really connects with her audience. Her training is not only highly informative but great fun too!
Clare Fletcher

Simon Duce

Simon is MD of ARPM, the UK's largest outsourced lettings management company. After starting his property career managing the commercial property portfolio of his family's business, Simon established Ash Lettings in December 2006.

ARPM was then launched in January 2008 to attract agents who already had an internal lettings function but were seeking to reduce their overhead whilst retaining a specialist lettings offer. A non-competitive specialist outsourcing service, with no front office function, providing staff with specialist knowledge to manage agents' lettings portfolios, ARPM quickly became the leading player in the UK market, growing even in demanding market conditions. Applying the knowledge and experience he gained from outside the sector Simon continues to seek further innovative solutions to the particular challenges of estate agency.

Simon is married with three children and when he is not operating as taxi service for his children, he plays as much sport as possible including regular appearances for his local football team.

Fiona Blayney specialises in estate agency services in Australia, New Zealand, the U.K and the U.S. Over the past five years she has developed a reputation for being one of the best business strategy specialists around. Julian O'Dell

Julian was the driving force behind the creation of TM training&development and has forged an envied reputation as an expert in developing top level skills in Estate Agency.

With 25 years of experience in Estate Agency as a front-line practitioner and top quality trainer, Julian founded TM training&development as a division of Thomas Morris, the estate agency of which he has been a Partner since 2000.

Julian has worked with some of the leading Estate Agency firms in the UK and has proved that good training leads to quantifiable improvements in performance.

Mark Hayward

Mark Hayward has worked as training consultant with Housing Associations, plc developers and property agencies throughout the UK focusing on legislation and compliance. Formerly Mark ran the national estate agency operation for a major high street bank.

He was a founder board member of Asset Skills the sector skills council responsible for training and education in property and housing. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Owen Burns brings over 10 years and 4 continents of knowledge to your training. As the former Sales Operations Manager of the global property portal group, REA, Owen has worked with and inspired 1000's of estate agency professionals globally. He provides business coaching, training and consultancy services throughout the UK, Europe and Australia for the property professionals industry working to turn sales “ideas” into profitable and high performance habits.
Julian O’Dell

Peter became Director of TM training&development in 2007 as part of its continued expansion. He brings a wealth of experience in both Estate Agency and Management training. Having worked with Corporate and Independent Agents and in the banking sector, both as a Training and Operational Manager, Peter eventually became MD of Chestertons.
Peter Knight

Peter Knight

Peter Knight is a highly successful entrepreneur, acclaimed author and expert on the property market. Regularly engaged around the world as a speaker, 2007 saw him presenting at SIMA in Spain, the NAR conference in Las Vegas and the UK real estate Leadership Summit and Future Estate Agency Seminar series.

Peter also provides bespoke business coaching on a one-to-one and company-wide basis, presenting tailored events and conferences. Peter's career began in sales with the UK's most successful house builder, Barratt Homes, followed by responsibility for a team of 1,500 estate agents as Managing Director of Halifax Property Services.

In 1989 he founded Phoenix, one of the UK property industry's leading advertising and PR agencies, and in 2004 Pearson Education published his best-selling book HEMP: the Highly Effective Marketing Plan, based on his workshop to help companies develop practical strategies to achieve their marketing and other business goals. Peter created Estate Agency Events Ltd in 2003 which presents the UK's prestigious annual Estate Agency of the Year Awards, and is chairman of The Academy.
Richard Rawlings

Richard Rawlings

Richard Rawlings, is a well-known expert in the field with over twenty five years hands-on estate agency and estate agency marketing and training experience gained in the UK and overseas, and in all markets. Having gained the “What House?” Magazine “Estate Agency of the Year” Award at the age of 23, he gained an early understanding of the power of publicity and how this can be used to make agents more profitable. Richard continues to investigate the latest innovations in agency technique from the UK and around the world, adapting them where appropriate for his clients' benefit. He is as familiar with the US and South African system of property sales as he is with those of the UK, and is a highly-regarded CRS-coached agency trainer.

He has appeared on TV and Radio, writes regular columns in the estate agency trade press, is a visiting lecturer to MBA students at Oxford Brookes University, and is a sought-after and motivating public speaker.
